2. Refund Process

   • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@megamartx.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization number.

3. Return Shipping

   • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
